All Levels Flow is based on the Vinyasa (moving with breath) style of yoga and also draws inspiration from other practices like Pilates, Mobility Training, and Barteineff Fundamentals. I will help you find the alignment best for your body and will answer any questions you might have. Poses incorporated are: standing, sitting, kneeling, supine, and some mild inversions. For an hour you will do a barre focused workout that will channel your inner ballerina-think strong core, long lines, powerful legs, and coordination drills. Private Instruction, Video Instruction, Parama Plans


Private Sessions: Don't have time for class, want to work on a particular pose, or not a fan of a class setting? Then schedule an online private yoga session! Sessions begin at $1/minute. Visit the contact page to set up your first session!

Parama Plans:  Parama means "highest", "best", which is exactly how you'll feel when you use a Parama Plan! If you have a hard time focusing on your home yoga practice or don't know how to begin one, then a Parama Plan is for you. If you have a specific yoga or wellness goal in mind then a Parama Plan is for you. Think of these plans as a personal yoga trainer where you have the control! To get started, I will draft you an outline of different exercises, yoga asana, self-care, meditative actvities, pranayama (breathing techniques) with sets/reps; but the best part is that YOU choose which ones work for you. In addition to creatng this plan, this package includes 4 in-person or vide sessions to refine your personalized plan. Parama Plans run 4-6 weeks. $100. Visit the contact page to set up.

Fit, Flex, and Fun: Dance Conditioning Workshops:  Dancers are athletes and should train like one! Fit, Flex, and Fun Workshops are evdence based and founded on exericse science principles specific for the demands of dancing. Today's technique/tricks call for a stronger and healthier dancer. These workshops will educate dancers and teachers on how to take care of their tool and to dispell the myths of outdated psuedoscience. Each workshop can be customized to the studio or dancer needs. Workshop topics include: Dance Conditioning 101, Health and Wellness Q & A, Warm up to Cool Down, Improvisational and Creative Movement, Yoga for Dancers, and Private Sessions. $75/60 minute session.
